Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Reporting Support: Assisting with the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Gathering data and performing basic analysis to support financial reporting requirements.
  • Budget Support: Providing support to the budgeting process by assisting with data collection and entry. Monitoring budget performance and identifying variances.
  • General Ledger Maintenance: Assisting with the maintenance of the general ledger, including journal entries and account reconciliations. Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial data.
  • Administrative Support: Providing general administrative support to the finance department, including answering phones, managing mail, ordering supplies, and scheduling meetings.
